# accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for actions taken under your account. Team admins may manage or remove members when necessary.

- You are solely responsible for content submitted/imported to your team.
- You grant Poche permission to process content to provide the Service.
- We do not sell your private team data to third parties.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
# termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of data.
