By accessing or using Poche you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Do not abuse, disrupt or attack the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful or infringing purposes.
• Follow the rules of third-party platforms such as Slack.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for anything done under it. Team admins may manage or remove members when necessary.

• You are solely responsible for content submitted or imported to your team.
• You grant Poche permission to process that content in order to provide the service.
• We do not sell your private team data to third parties.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or create risk. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. See your rights.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Where a provision conflicts with law, the law prevails.
