Hey there,
I built Poche because I was tired of losing great links shared in Slack. You know the feeling – someone drops an amazing article in a channel, you think "I'll read this later," and then it disappears into the void of endless messages.
Traditional bookmarking tools felt disconnected from where teams actually collaborate. We needed something that lived in our workflow, understood context, and could surface knowledge when we needed it most.
Poche is your team's external brain. It captures the institutional knowledge that flows through your Slack channels and transforms it into a searchable, organized, AI-enhanced repository that grows with your team.
Hope it serves your team as well as it's served mine.

Install the Poche bot in your Slack workspace. It automatically captures links shared in channels, processes them with AI for categorization and metadata extraction, then organizes them in your team's Poche dashboard.
Yes. Only team members can see your team's links. The explore page shows anonymized, public recommendations from teams that opt-in to sharing. All data is encrypted and stored securely on Convex's infrastructure.
You can bulk import existing Slack channel history to backfill your knowledge base. Poche extracts all previously shared links, processes them with AI, and organizes them automatically.
The AI uses Gemini with custom prompts optimized for link categorization. It analyzes content, context, and metadata to assign relevant categories and tags. Teams can customize AI prompts and manually correct categories when needed.
We opted out of training the AI on your team's data from our AI provider. We only send publicly available link data to the AI. Your private links and team information are never shared.
Poche is currently free during public beta.
